In light of what is happening "a short distance" from our eastern border today, my worries about Czech gastronomy were quite ridiculous. Hospitality, as the word suggests, is not about politics, but about hosting its customers, regardless of their worldview. But we cannot remain silent today. What is happening in Ukraine is completely unprecedented. To invade a sovereign state, kill civilians and destroy their homes, we must all stand up and condemn modern Hitler. None of us wants a war, so we can at least help economically. Let us therefore take every opportunity to help the Ukrainian people.
